Mondial in Cologne is not only in a perfect location with modern, comfortable rooms — it’s the amazing team that really makes the difference. From check-in to check-out, everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can truly feel that they care about their guests. A special thank you to Herr Thomas and the team for going above and beyond when I needed help. I had forgotten my passport in the safe, and they handled everything quickly, calmly, and with such kindness. This kind of service is rare — and it’s what will definitely bring me back. Highly recommend!

we have stayed at the hotel several times as it is perfect when traveling to and from the UK by the Eurostar. It is always clean and pleasant when we visit, the area is busy with lots of restaurants and cafe's to eat and have a drink at. We also visited the Ludwig Art Museum which is brilliant and the hotel faces the side of the beautiful Cologne Cathedral.

Perfect location next to the cathedral, across the street from the Museum Ludwig, and 6 minute walk from the train station. Steam room and sauna. There were two free glass water bottles that required an opener (but there was no opener in the room).

Excellent location. You can walk everywhere and it is so easy for travel as it is close to the central station. The service was exceptional and reception staff were very helpful. We left on Valentine’s Day and we got chocolate and roses which was very sweet. The room was clean and tidy and had everything you need. It was quite quiet even though it was Karneval season

Located in the vicinity of the railway station, a pleasant hotel, with friendly staff. I was told that I had received an upgrade to a business room but the size of the room was standard (according to the website most rooms are the same size). But there was nothing lacking - and mineral water and a coffee machine in the room were very welcome. I had a good stay.
